1: Where is my package? When I click on the tracking link, nothing shows up.
You can review shipping confirmation with the tracking number in your email box to find the tracking number, and track it on correspond websites. If you haven’t received this email, check your spam or junk email folder or contact us by email at support@mofunparts.com
If you track the number in tracking system but the result shows as “No shipping record” , it means we just shipped the goods within passed 72 hours in business days, the carrier has not yet updated the parcel information. At that situation, you might need to wait two more days until the database is updated by logistics companies. Please understand.
2: I purchased two Mofunparts items, why have I only received one package ?
And they all have the same tracking number according to my account, where is another package?
Due to different warehouses, your order may be separated into several packages. Also there will be one more tracking numbers, but the website systems only allows one tracking number to upload. Therefore, you can see only one tracking number in your shipment notification. Normally, packages will be delivered in 5-21 days, please wait the rest of packages patiently, If you still haven’t received the rest packages after schedule time, please kindly feel free to contact us to ask for the tracking number of other packages through the email address: support@mofunparts.com
3: Hello, I haven't gotten any email confirmation?
First, we will send the Order confirmation email after you place and pay the order successfully. Second, the shipment notification email will be sent out after the package has been shipped out. There is the order number in Order confirmation email, while there is the tracking number and the carrier in the shipment notification email.
If you haven’t received these emails, they may be into the spam or junk file. Or you may enter the wrong email address into your order information. Please check it.
4: Would you be able to give me an ETA on the order?
Mofunparts does not provide expedited shipping service; We will ship your package out asap after receiving your payment; usually it will take 5-15 days during the transit. However, as you know that shipping may delay in the difficult period, thus the ETA can be not guaranteed;
We will try our best to process your shipment and we do need your understanding if any shipping delay happens.
5: How to process a return and refund?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
