90-Day Return & Refund Guarantee

Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 90 days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address. To be eligible for a return, Your product needs to meet the following conditions:

  • All returned items must be in the original packaging and original condition. This includes all product tags, instructions, hardware and accessories.
  • All returned items must not be scratched, soiled or damaged due to wear or installation.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Altered, abused, or improperly installed/maintained items will void the warranty and are not returnable.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

1: If you receive the wrong product and need to be exchanged, you first need to inform us of the specific situation by email. After we agree, we will let you return the wrong product, and we will resend a new product to you. The logistics and freight of the returned goods shall be borne by us and returned to your payment account through the original payment method

2: If you are not satisfied with your product, then you need to replace it with a new product. You need to contact us and return the product to our warehouse first, and then we will send you a new product. If there is a price difference between the new product and the old product, we will charge it according to the specific situation. At the same time, since this is a personal reason, the return shipping fee will be borne by the customer.

We are focusing on providing high-quality items for you. If the item you received the wrong items or the products have some quality issues. We will process a exchange or return request within THREE business days. However, if you did not read the fitting conditions of our product and ordered it, you should have to pay the shipping fee when you return the good

    If you purchase goods and we are unable to ship them out due to a stock shortage, we will contact you by E-mail. We will offer you the choice to either refund or wait for stock.
  2. PayPal Issues
    If your PayPal account name and address do not match your order's name and shipping address, we will email you for verification. If you do not reply to us within THREE business days, we will automatically refund the order.
  3. The customer is not satisfied with the product. After receiving the product, the customer feels that the product is not what he likes or needs. In this case, the customer can also apply for a return.

Policy Exclusions

Goods are not covered by our 90-day return or refund policy if:

A.The product serial number and product was not distributed by Mofunparts;
B. Goods have been worn and damaged, stretched or contaminated.
C. Goods were damaged or worn out by improper use.
D. Goods are returned without included accessories.
E. Goods are stored or exposed to extreme environments;
F. Unauthorized repair, misuse, negligence, abuse, accident, alteration, or improper installation;
G. Partial goods of complete sets are being returned;
H. The claim is made more than 90 days after you received the goods

     

    Shipping Fee

    1: If you want to return an item with no quality issues, customers will be responsible for paying the return shipping fee and then the refund or exchange will be processed once we have received the item.

    2:If you receive a product with a quality problem, Mofunparts will bear the shipping cost of the return.The shipping cost of the return will be returned to your payment account together with the refund.

    We highly recommend that you choose USPS as your return mailing method. You also can choose commercial express such as FedEx and UPS.

     

    Refunds 
    Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package. The refund will be issued to the original payment account, as per your request.
